As many as 4 crores in cash were seized at Tambaram railway station from the Nellai Express train in Chennai on Saturday (April 6) from three passengers linked with Bharatiya Janta Party’s (BJP) Tirunelveli Lok Sabha constituency candidate Nainar Nagenthran.

One of three people, named Sathish, is an active member of BJP and also holds the position of manager of a private hotel. He was accompanied by his brother Naveen and another car driver. All three people have been arrested.
